Osmo Maintenance Oil is a ready-to-use refresher oil designed to revitalise and protect oiled wood floors that are showing signs of wear, dullness, or light traffic marking. It restores the surface appearance and protective properties without the need for sanding, making it ideal for periodic maintenance.
The oil penetrates and bonds with existing Osmo oil finishes, refreshing worn areas and helping extend the life of the floor. It is suitable for both full-surface maintenance and targeted spot repairs. Available in Matt and Satin to match the existing floor finish.
Designed for use on floors previously finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil and other compatible hardwax oil systems. Commonly used in domestic and commercial interiors as part of a planned maintenance programme.

Coverage: Approx. 40–50 m² per litre (one coat, depending on surface condition)
