Delivery & Shipping
We supply wood flooring, LVT and professional floor finishes throughout the UK.
All deliveries are handled via trusted pallet networks and courier services, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across UK mainland addresses.
Deliveries to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas may be subject to an additional surcharge. If you are unsure whether your postcode applies, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery Costs
Standard UK Mainland pallet delivery: £75 per order
Smaller accessory items may be shipped via courier at a lower rate depending on size and weight.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Most in-stock items are processed within 1–3 working days.
Where stock is available with our suppliers, orders are often dispatched the next working day.
We recommend allowing up to 5 working days for standard delivery unless otherwise confirmed.
Orders are only released for dispatch once cleared funds have been received.
Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products
Bespoke, special order or made-to-order products may require 2–4 weeks or longer, depending on availability and manufacturing schedules.
Lead times will always be confirmed where applicable before dispatch.
Payment Processing
Card payments may take 5–7 working days to fully clear, depending on your bank and payment provider.
Orders are released for dispatch once funds have cleared.
For faster processing, bank transfer payments are preferred, as cleared funds can often be confirmed more quickly.
Bank details are available upon request.
Delivery Method
Large flooring orders are delivered via pallet network on a kerbside basis.
This means:
• Delivery is made to the nearest accessible point
• The driver is not responsible for carrying goods inside
• Assistance may be required to move materials from the delivery point
Please ensure suitable access for pallet delivery. Restricted access (narrow roads, height restrictions, no pallet access) must be disclosed before ordering.
Failed deliveries due to access issues may incur re-delivery charges.
Tracking & Communication
You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking details will be provided where available.
If you have not received communication within 5 working days of ordering, please contact us.
Inspecting Your Delivery
All goods must be inspected upon arrival.
If there is visible damage:
• Note it clearly on the delivery paperwork
• Take photographs
• Notify us within 24 hours
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect any claim.
Delays & Liability
While we work with reliable transport partners, delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly.
