JUCKERS SB Primer is a professional solvent-based primer designed for use beneath JUCKERS water-based lacquer systems. It is used to improve adhesion, stabilise the surface, and reduce the risk of side bonding when sealing wood floors.
SB Primer is particularly effective on problematic or sensitive timbers, helping to control tannin bleed, colour reactions, and uneven absorption. It is commonly specified prior to applying lacquers such as JUCKERS MT 500 or HT 700, especially in commercial, sports, or refurbishment environments.
The primer penetrates the wood surface and creates a stable base for subsequent lacquer coats. It is intended for interior use only and should be applied by experienced users following manufacturer guidance.
