Returns & Refunds

Clear, fair returns policy for flooring, finishes and accessories.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In a resellable condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Bespoke flooring
Any flooring that is finished to order, colour-matched, oiled, stained or custom-produced.

• Cut-to-size or custom-quantity items

• Opened oils, finishes or cleaners
Once opened, these cannot be resold.

• Clearance or discounted items marked “non-returnable”

Flooring Returns (Standard Stock Only)

Stock flooring can be returned if:

  • It is not bespoke

  • It is unopened

  • It is undamaged

A restocking fee may apply (this is set by the manufacturer/supplier).

Return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your items arrive faulty or damaged:

  1. Email info@huscroftflooring.com within 48 hours

  2. Include your order number and clear photos

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund

Damage reported after 48 hours may not be accepted due to courier policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after returned goods are inspected by the supplier.

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

  • Photos (if damaged)
