Delivery Areas
We deliver across Mainland UK.
Some remote or hard-to-access areas may require a surcharge or longer delivery window.
Flooring Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on stock and whether the product is bespoke.
• In-stock flooring:
Next working day or 3–7 working days depending on the supplier’s dispatch schedule.
• Bespoke / finished-to-order flooring:
2–4 weeks (this covers your Shire Range and any flooring requiring a custom finish).
We’ll confirm all lead times when you place your order or request a quote.
Oils, Finishes & Accessories
Most oils, cleaners and accessories arrive next working day when in stock.
How Flooring Is Delivered
Most flooring orders are delivered direct from our suppliers using specialist couriers.
Deliveries are usually:
Curbside only (drivers cannot move goods inside your property)
On a pallet or in multiple heavy boxes
Between 8am–6pm
You (or someone you authorise) must be available to receive the delivery.
Access Requirements
Please let us know before ordering if your property has:
Tight roads
Restricted access
No parking
Steep gradients
Low bridges
Gated entry
Some areas may require a smaller vehicle or an alternative delivery method.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails because no one is home or the driver cannot access the address, a redelivery fee may apply.
This is set by the courier, not Huscroft Flooring.
Checking Your Delivery
Please check your delivery on arrival and note any visible damage on the driver's paperwork.
If anything looks damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us at info@huscroftflooring.com within 48 hours with photos.
Packaging & Waste
Pallets and packaging must be disposed of by the customer.
Couriers cannot remove packaging or pallets.
